You can do analysis too.

molecool.calculate_distance(rA, rB)	Calculate the distance between two points.
molecool.calculate_angle(rA, rB, rC[, degrees])	Calculate the angle between three points.
molecool.calculate_center_of_mass(symbols, …)	Calculate the center of mass of a molecule.
